We squeezed some lemon juice and put it in a container. We wanted to know what would happen when we added some baking soda to it.
We added the baking soda and stirred it around.
Straight away we noticed that the baking soda and lemon juice had a reaction. It started to go fizzy.
It fizzed up to the top of the cup. What would happen if we added more baking soda?
Wow. It went right over the side. What a reaction. Did it do what we thought?Yes, most of us thought it would fizz but not many of us thought it would go right over the top of the cup.
