Discovery Time

We made juice with Mrs Edwards today. First we made carrot juice. Kieryan told us they had to cut up the carrots and put them into the juicer machine which was called oscar. When they pressed the carrots down it squeezed the juice out. It tasted just like carrot. (Kieryan)

It was yum but tasted exactly like carrots. (Charlotte)

Then we cut up apples. We had to use a sharp knife. Joseph told us that he had to be very careful because the knife was sharp.

"Keep your fingers out of the way when you use a sharp knife" said Charlotte "or you will get cut".
